like many, i started caring about what i ate in high school, because i had certain expectations of myself. this is when i began to prep lunches, eat specific foods, limit certain foods, etc... or at least try, until it no longer fit into my l ife. i

 

i continued on this road for many years, but growing my knowledge peace by peace every step of the way.

 

I have tried shake programs, workout programs, colored containers, counting calories, counting macros, magics juices... all the things. this eventually lead me to a trainer that introduced me to precision nutrition.

 

I learned through Precision Nutrition as a client and eventually decided i wanted to know more. took the level 1 certification and jumped straight into the master health coach program so I can help you!
